To maintain hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we can only accept returns on items that remain unopened, unused, and in their original cellophane packaging.

Return Process

    Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp, providing your order ID and clear photographs of the product in question.

    Pack the perfume securely in its original outer shipping box with all protective bubble wrap to prevent any leakage or breakage during the return transit.
