To maintain hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we can only accept returns on items that remain unopened, unused, and in their original cellophane packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp, providing your order ID and clear photographs of the product in question.

  Once your request is acknowledged, our warehouse team will review the provided images to ensure the seal is intact and the item meets our return eligibility criteria.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the perfume securely in its original outer shipping box with all protective bubble wrap to prevent any leakage or breakage during the return transit.

  Refund Processing

  After we receive and verify the returned bottle, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
